Any information shared with Wamego Community Foundation is under certain privacy provisions. Information shared with Wamego Community Foundation will be handled by the Foundation and not shared, sold, or reproduced.
Copyright is the intangible property right granted by Federal statute for an original work fixed in a tangible form of expression. Copyright provides Wamego Community Foundation with the following exclusive rights in a work: to reproduce, to prepare derivative works, to distribute by sale or otherwise, to perform publicly, and to display publicly. Federal Law prohibits any unauthorized use of Wamego Community Foundation’s copyrights without the prior written consent of Wamego Community Foundation.
Wamego Community Foundation is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation does not advise on how to receive tax benefits. Please consult your tax preparer about questions regarding tax related information.
